The plugin
- The plugin runs entirely inside Figma.
- It doesn't send your designs or file contents to our servers, or to any other server.
- It doesn't collect analytics of its own.
Figma may collect information about how you use plugins under its own privacy policy, which we don't control.
Payments
When you buy a paid plan, checkout is handled by Bachs, which processes your payment details under its own privacy policy. We don't receive your full card details.
We receive information about your purchase, such as your name, email address, the plan you bought and the order date. We use it to provide your plan, handle refunds and answer billing questions.
When you contact us
If you email us, we use your email address and anything you include in your message to reply and help you.
This website
This website doesn't use advertising or analytics cookies, and it doesn't ask you for personal information. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses and request times, to run and protect the website.
How long we keep information
We keep purchase records for as long as we need them to provide your plan and to meet legal and accounting obligations. We keep support emails for as long as we need them to help you.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing hello@makeitresponsive.co. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update it on this page and change the date at the top. See also our terms.
